For fluorophosphate optical glass materials


Fluorophosphatate glass (fluoride and metapphosphate main components) ,because of its low refractive index, low dispersion, high Abbe number and special part dispersion and other special properties, so it can meet the optical design in complex, super achromatic lens design requirements, it plays an important role in high precision, high quality lens design, so it is known as the third generation of optical glass.


Taiyang Technology's optical-grade fluorides and metaphosphates constitute the main components of fluorophosphate optical glass. Most of the mainstream optical lens glass in the world is made of fluorophosphate optical glass. With the vigorous development of fluorophosphate optical lens glass manufacturers, Taiyang Technology's products have been applied to a variety of electronic products. In addition to being used in fluorophosphate optical glass, Taiyang Technology's optical-grade fluorides are also used in fluoride crystals (infrared and ultraviolet detection windows), quantum dots and LED luminescent material additives, laser ceramics and other fields.

Applications in the optical field and nuclear industry


Taiyang Technology continuously innovates in the research and development of high-purity beryllium oxide production techniques. Apart from manufacturing high-purity beryllium oxide, Taiyang Technology is also capable of mass-producing beryllium fluoride, beryllium sulfate, and other beryllium compounds.


Beryllium oxide and beryllium products are categorized as strategic national material resources, with extensive applications in defense and military materials, particularly high-purity beryllium oxide, which has been a critical factor influencing the development of special materials for defense and military use. Currently, domestic production of beryllium oxide in China achieves purities of 98-99%, whereas Taiyang Technology can manufacture beryllium oxide with purities of 99.9% and 99.95% nuclear-grade purity. In the domain of high-purity beryllium oxide and high-purity metallic beryllium, the United States has imposed an export ban to China.


Taiyang Technology, utilizing its unique purification process, produces ultra-high purity beryllium oxide which serves as the raw material for nuclear-grade beryllium fluoride and high-purity metallic beryllium. Particularly in the realm of high-power heat-dissipating components for military use, where beryllium oxide ceramics are concerned, developed countries have long adhered to a standard purity level of over 99.5%. However, due to the inability of the major domestic beryllium oxide producers to supply high-purity beryllium oxide, China's standard for beryllium oxide ceramics could only reach 99%. Taiyang Technology's high-purity beryllium oxide has the potential to enhance the quality of domestically produced beryllium oxide ceramics.
